How do you know if you have a wrongful death case?
Florida’s wrongful death act (FL Stat, 768-16) shifts the losses resulting when wrongful death occurs from the survivors of the deceased to the wrong-doer. “Survivors” are defined as the decedents spouse, children, parents and may include other blood relatives dependent on the decedent for support or services.
