Our 15 year old client was hit by a car causing massive brain damage which left him unable to walk, and significantly impaired one arm and his ability to speak. The drivers insurance company initially refused to pay its $25,000 insurance limits. A comprehensive rehabilitation plan and strategy was established and implemented by a dedicated team of doctors, nurses and therapists. Our client diligently and courageously followed this plan. He was able to graduate from high school and walked up to get his diploma. We alleged that the driver’s insurance company acted in Bad Faith by not paying the policy in a timely manner. Ultimately, it paid 40 times the coverage limits.
